Cardio day
well, since I'm 40 I figured I'll push it a little
35 minutes on the treadmill...HIIT for 2.5 miles
Stair climber for 15 minutes..level 5
Rower for 15...3,000 meters.

Not too bad for an old fart.

DL's...variation day so I pulled conventional
315x3x8 (stayed relatively light bc..1. I was running out of time, 2. conventional are notorious for hurting my back.  Fortuantely, no problems today.

Yes, I'm running Candito's DL/squat program and Gillingham's bench program-with Candito accessories.


I had to reset my squat's to my sleeved max bc there are just way too many sets to try to run my wrapped max and wrap for all those sets.  The last 6 week's I'll adjust it to mix in wrapped and sleeved.
