I am going to start putting some the the links here that I use and have used in the past.

Please do not post any questions here just a brief description of the link and then the actual link itself.

this is for on topic links only please.

this is a good link if you know your bf% and want to see where you would be if you were to lose fat to get to a lower bf%

of course it does not work if you are also gaining or losing muscle but i like it anyway
