they got 3 new things

SSB, Octagon type bar & swivel thing for T Bars

Swivel thing I won't use as I don't see the value of doing rows without chest support and risk of lower back injury.

SSB: What's the value of this? Is it for guys with elbow problems? I did a couple Bar Weight squats with it yesterday and didn't see how it could be useful.

Octagon Type Bar (Swiss Bar?) allows you to bench with hands in a neutral position, I'll definitely try this just for variation. But again, is there a special use or need for this?

My one gym has a SSB. I have shoulder issues and it hurts sometimes to get my arms back to grip a regular bar. However, I hated the feeling of the SSB and won't be using it again. I just didn't feel as stable using it.
