Lisa bought me one for my Monster Rack for Christmas.  :)

Let me know what you think.  I've was eyeballing those at one point as I have a rogue cage, but where I workout alone I didn't think it made any sense.  But, if the thing is good it might be worth picking up still.

It will be a whole before I set it up it's fricking cold as hell in my garage.

Also it works by gravity; you don't need anyone to operate it, so it's perfect for someone that lifts alone.

Was shopping online today and noticed rogue makes 2 monolift attachment for the monster series.  One bolt-on, one adjustable.

Lisa got me the (better) adjustable one.  Yay!

Still in the box waiting for warmer weather.....

That is awesome!.....   I'll have to check that out.   I am getting to the point where I am thinking out setting up my gym again. It is still all broken down from the move.
