Got a dip attachment for my squat rack, so I'm gonna throw in three sets of dips on bench day. Hoping this will help me hit that 275 bench this year.

In between sets I was painting my basement. Multitasking. I think the fumes helped my lifts.

30% I think, it was supposed to be 120 pounds for the BBB, but I'm too lazy after the final working set to strip the final 45 off the bar. So my laziness results in 50 reps with an extra 15 pounds. Odd how being lazy can be beneficial.

OUr gym repainted the concrete floors several months back and it was so stout in there the first few days after I sware I was getting high of the fumes  :o

Was wondering as I thought the DL BBB looked a little low for the amount you're putting up for DL.
My DL was not as high as yours but I was doing 155 DL BBB.

How do you like deload weeks? I hated them and had a real hard time deloading. I used to have to skip the gym sometimes to force myself to deload.

What a terrible workout. Tried the new wraps after the first 275 set with 315 on the bar and the wraps were just wrong and I ended up dumping it. Got flustered and quit. Then went back after a while and did 2 more sets of 275 with just sleeves. I hate these new wraps.

Still working out. Up too three days a week doing the Wendler full body full boring. Doing deadlifts again. Also put on about ten pounds for the first time in 10 years and all my numbers went up pretty good. Think I'll stick to 175 BW and see where the numbers go. So far hit bench 225x8, squat 290x12, overhead press 175x2, deadlifts still coming along so I haven't really tried it for a max rep session yet.
