Woke really early and knew damn well I wasn't getting back to sleep, so showered and off to the gym for an early session. Head was pounding from sickness still, so I gave the pain up to the Iron with some practice Oly lifting
Front Squats Clean grip bar only x 5 sets
Overhead Squats Bar 1 set, 65 4 sets
Hang Cleans 65 x 5, 65 x 5, 85 x 5
Full Cleans 85 x 5
Full Clean and split Jerk (?) 85 x 5, 85 x 3, 85 x 5
