Deadlift & Donut Challenge

That's 12 reps of 225 for 12 sets.  Between sets, you eat a donut and drink a glass of milk.

Fastest time to finish, wins.

The Gallon of Milk is the killer.

No way I could eat 12 donuts.

What's the point?

Make it 6 sets of 405 for 12 reps with a doughnut and a beer in between each set.

Both the donut and milk amount would be impossible for myself, not to mention i'm not doing 12 sets of 12 reps at that weight.

Kinda my thoughts.  Hence my comment above.

I'd prolly puke after 3 or 4 doughnuts with or without the milk and deadlifts.

I'll pass.

Thanks though :)

It's one of those "Fitness Guru does stupid challenge in attempt to start viral BS".

I've seen a handful of these pop up recently, as insta-coaches are trying to out phenom each other.  Kinda like the Neck-nominate ones that were going around a few years ago.  Except people got real stupid with that one and died.

Turned it off at the first bite of the first doughnut.  Disgusting.  "Mmm, Mmm".  I can't stand when people make noise as they eat.  If you want to talk in appreciation of your food when your mouth is not full, g'head.  But that was just yucky to see and hear.

My wife finished her workout before me and went and got Fried Sushi. I was in the middle of a Squat workout and didn't want it to get cold. Fried Sushi rolls are freaking awesome when hot. So I tried eating between sets....Didn't puke, but man I should have. It was a higher rep cond. day too...

This DL and Donuts is safer then the Rich and Boss Whiskey Shots between each set...
