Wow. She's 21, 5’4” and 125lbs, she is a 17 time World Champion Powerlifter. Amanda has broken 468 state, national, and world records over the last 12 years with 95 competitions, and won all 95 meets.
I think, even more impressive than her many championships and awards, is the reason she started: she was diagnosed with acute scoliosis at age 8 and wanted to strengthen her back muscles.

You've set an awesome example for your girls. But I bet they'd love seeing a Princess deadlift. What a hoot!

Oh they would love it! I try and show them women can be strong, too. I had to stop in to Hercules Friday to pick up my member number and brought my girls. They both wanted to see Rhetta and were disappointed she wasnt in. They think shes a super hero.

This is will be impressive here
My goal is to launch my book in a very unique way. I am planning a bicycle ride around the border of the United States (lower 48) a 10.000+ mile ride and attempt to complete the ride in 150 days or less. I will be stopping in towns every day and speaking to churches, schools and organizations about my life story and promoting my book.

That's amazing! And a lot of miles!

That Amanda girl is pretty amazing!
Anyone know who the Elsa chick is?
