Congrats!  I didn't know you switched completely to sumo.  Didn't you used to do non-cheating deadlifts? 8)

lol, yeah, that's what wrecked my back. Since I've made the switch I have no issues at all.  I will pull conventional every once in a while to switch it up, but my main focus is sumo.

When I woke up this morning, I put it in my head..today is the day.  It is the day I will pull 600 off the ground and kill that summabitch, walked into the gym at noon with this sole purpose.

DL's
135x2x?
225x2x5
315x2x3
405x3
495x1
lets's do this shit!
605x1

BOOOOOMMMM!!

I only recently added a belt to my pulls, prior to this I never used one bc I couldn't get the positioning right so that I could breathe.  If you've been following along, in the past 3 weeks, I've hit PR after PR every week. Last week my PR was 590...today I said fuck 600, lets make it 605 bc it's easier to toss a dime onto 6 plates.

Nice! Repped. That must be some quality "creatine"

I never pulled with a belt for the same reason, when I finally gave in my poundage quickly went up.

very high quality, I'll be investing in more soon.

Flat Bench BB
barx20
135x2x10
225x2x5
315x1
405xfail....close...always fucking close but can't lock out.  I'm getting faster off my chest, but I hit a wall near the top. It's weird bc I can do triples with a 2" board at 405, which only works the top.

BORS
135x2x10
225x2x5
315x2x5

cable pull downs
120x10
170x5
220x5
260x5
300x5

seated cable rows, narrow grip with back ext directly after for same weight and reps (just held position on last rep and did ext)
120x10
220x5
260x10

rev pec dec
70x10
90x10
90x10

done (I think I remembered everything)

Have you tried pin presses set fairly high to work that top end?

yes, board work does the same thing.  I stop the weight on my chest completely (inches depend on the boards I'm using) and press.  I like them more bc when I work pin presses, I have a really hard time getting the bar in the correct start position.  With boards, I can start from normal position, set the bar in place and then do a dead press.

I was thinking of pin presses where you're chest is lined up with with the bar and you're only lifting the weight off the bar and up about 4". Usually set up in a squat cage.
