looking good Ron. How many deadlift days per week in this program?
4 if you count the SLDLs on Mondays.  Not too bad though because the intensity isn't high at all.

Excellent sessions Ron, building some solid base strength with the huge volume and lowerish RPE. Guess it's a slow build being 16 weeks, looking forward to the weeks in the latter part of the program. Think you will be in a really good spot.

It will be neat to see if this high frequency pulling leads to good results. Iím doing something similar right now with my bench to try and get it moving.
