Seems like a smart way to do programming. And the down sets being based off the single seems like a great way to use RPE. Good stuff Dave

My goal is to open with 295 in April.  It felt pretty good.  First time in a good 3 weeks I've had that much on my back.  Rep was close to depth might have been a touch high but I'll be good with that in April for sure.
