Supine rows x 4 sets
Bent over BB rows x 5 sets
Lat pulldowns x 4 sets
Skullcrushers x 4 sets
Rope pressdowns x 4 sets
DB overhead ext x 2 sets to failure

Goodmornings x 4 sets
Leg ext x 3 sets, single leg x 2 sets
Superset (Leg press/Smith lunges)
Leg press x 4 sets
Lunges x 3 sets (wanted a 4th set but I was too smoked)

LOL I'm trying to catch up to you!  ;D  Every so often I get lucky and I managed to hit a few more today.

Back/Tris

Strong workout today no complaints.  I've been dieting down for the last 3 weeks (down 5lbs) and feeling good.

Chest supported rows (plate load) x 5 sets
Yates rows x 4 sets (165 x 4 PR!)
Straight arm pressdowns x 4 sets
Lat pulldowns x 4 sets (215 x 5 PR!)
Overhead cable ext x 4 sets
Weighted dips 35 lbs x 4 sets

For some reason I had an awful stomach ache/cramps through my entire workout...it sucked.

Chest supported rows (plate load) x 4 sets

Lat pulldowns x 4 sets
Single arm landmine rows x 4 sets
HS incline press x 5 sets
Flat bench DB flys x 4 sets

I wanted to do one more exercise for chest but I cut it short.

Haven't been around all too much as I've been focused on other things.  Got in a solid full body workout today and it was alright. :)

BB rows x 4 sets
Front squats x 4 sets
HS Incline press x 4 sets
Face pulls x 4 sets
Dips x 4 sets
Chin ups x 4 sets
