The best way to get me here more often is to keep a journal...now I've got no excuses!  8)

I've been maintaining at 126 lbs and this seems to be a comfortable place for me at this time. I was thinking about a possible show at the end of Oct. I got in touch with the promoter (who turned out to be a serious douchebag btw) so I thought to myself, "Fuk you, I'll save my money thank you very much!" I don't miss competing that much... :D

Anyhoo, hit the gym for some chest/bis. The workout was good, but I've had to lighten my loads. My joints are screaming, which means it's time to switch back to some full body/alt push/pull for a while.  I've been running my split for a couple months.  I can only run splits for so long before my joints/connective tissues need a serious break.   My tendonitis is back as well...it comes and goes.

Oh hai Flex! :)  That would be great if Lisa started one here.  I left the over35 journals a while ago and switched back to the female journals.  It's get's so busy and I struggle trying to sift through all the chit chat you know...I don't have the time for that.

I'm doing my best working around an injured shoulder, but no matter what I do it fukin hurts.  I have to make an appt for an MRI and I've been putting it off.  I'm sure the outcome won't be good...
