DL
145x5
185x5
225x3
235x5
275x5
315x6 (1+)
315x3
335x1
355x1

That's all.
Abbreviated lifting week since we are leaving on Thurs to go canoeing for a couple days. Skipped shoulder and chest today to hit DL. Was thinking about the 5x5 squats but since DL was feeling good wanted to see how 335 felt. Since that didn't seem to be a problem I bumped to 355 for a single to redeem myself for failing at 345 2 weeks ago. Got it but was out of time for anything else.

Nice DL session

How do you do your canoe trips....do you camp out also?
I'm just getting into hammock camping, actually have a real nice set up being delivered today and I'd like to take my kayak out with my hammock and kayak/camp a few days...maybe not now bc it's hella hot.
Lift light, until you can lift right

I used to camp out (tent camp), but after 10 years of tent camping with the scouts I've had enough of hot, sticky nights tossing and turning. So I look for places that have AC cabins  ;D

Now if I was back out where I grew up (Mountain West) I'd still tent camp because by 10:30pm it's usually down in the upper sixties at night. I've even woke up to frost on the ground camping in the mountains. A couple nights I had to break out an extra blanket or 2.

But out West they don't have a lot of canoeing except on small lakes. It's all about white water rafting out there.
