Deep by any standards.  Once you are out of the hole you move pretty quick.  No question you have a much bigger squat in you.  I'd work on pause squats and dead squats to get a little more explosive out of the hole.  JMHO.

Trev, you should have posted your opener.

Seriously, he went so deep, Ron Jeremy got Jealous.

Yea, I know.

I am just pretty pumped about it overall... never had more than 425 on the bar and I walked from that 420 knowing I went light. Surprised me a bit.. but, next time. Now to modify my programming accordingly.

And, maybe find 3 or 4 more threads to dump this video in... lol

Good call. I've been working on non-wrapped squats all the way up to 2 weeks out, when I decided I needed to get used to using them again, re-familiarize myself... if you will.

Matt Kroc's 16 week program..  1 weeks is 10 sets of hell, next week is heavy week with just 3 sets of (5/4/3 depending on week)..

I may do the same one again, but modify the heavier weeks to be inclusive of some heavier singles/doubles.

Also need to make more use of my sling shot for bench. Only used it twice during my peaking program.

Don't you mean Janae Marie program?  You thinking of competing in a different "classification"?

All mental issues aside, she was a bad ass when she was a he. Kind of odd timing to come out like that with two young boys in high school though. Think he/she could have had consideration for them and waited until they at least cleared high school. Jmho

Timing for things is never 'right'....  I could care less what he/she/it does. I am using the program, with the HIS name on it :) .. so, I call it how it is written for now...whatever.. ya know...

And regarding classification, probably stick with AM division for now. Who knows though, I am pretty agnostic toward the who AM/Pro piece to be honest..  who knows...   I'll stick to AM for now.

I was being a dick. I have a dry shitty sense of humor. Didn't mean pro/am. Meant male/ female. Just busting you balls.  Krok is still a bad ass in my book. Can't take away his accomplishments.
