I'm hoping so. I know I didn't start where I should have but my conditioning wasn't where it should be either. It's better now but I still want to improve. Right now thats what is limiting my deads.

Thanks everyone. I find that reps drop quickly with every 5 lbs added on the bar.

Deads today. Wasn't feeling all that motivated today even though the weights go down.  Not a bad workout though.

20 reps was my goal for the 5+.  I almost didn't make it. It wasn't a strength issue but conditioning. Was so out of breath at the end and a little light headed after I released my belt. It passed quick but it's draining. Overall I'm happy with today.

LMAO. Very descriptive Eric. No crying but wasn't far off everything else. Really feeling the traps today. Legs a little stiff too but nothing too bad. Feels like I actually worked. ::)

3 sets of ab roll outs for 10 reps each

Not a bad workout today. I'm happy with my bench as I'm not flairing my elbows as bad as I used to especially on the last few reps. Not as much delt activation either.  I'm sure my form could be better but I'll keep working. I think my leg drive could be better but it never feels quite right.

Monday is squats. The knee seems to be ok. I'm looking forward to trying out my new sbd knee sleeves but I really do hate squats :nopity:  We'll see how it goes
