Candito 6 week
Cycle 1 l Week 3l Day 3
Lower body l No accessories
430am

Squats

10 x bar
5 x 95
5 x 135
3 x 155
3 x 185
3 x 205

4-6 x 225 - 6 fairly easily

Squat walkouts

315 x 30 seconds
365 x 2 - First time having that much weight on my back.  Holy fuck that's heavy lol

Deadlift Variation

Trap Bar Deads

8 x 245

That's it.  The squat walkouts made it feel like more than enough too.  That 20  second with 365 felt like it was a lot longer.   Overall a decent session.

See 365 didn't crush ya  ;)

When I do them now I don't break at the knees. I used to but not sure the benefit/risk is worth it. Get plenty of CNS stim just holding the weight for a bit of time.

Week 3 seems like a deload a bit right?

Nothing better than 4:30am squats and deads Davey! Great job hitting your reps and on the walkouts. I assume all 3 sets were 6 reps?

All that starting at 4:30am  :o
I think I'd stroke out!

Nice job Dave!

I kind of wondered about that, the breaking at the knees. I haven't done walkouts for over a year and wondered whether to break/no  break.

lol yeah I survived.  The second walkout with 365 was not as long as the first though :D   Good tip too thanks.  I always assumed a break at the knees would be the way to do it but I can see how it's not necessary.

Week 3 seems like a huge deload!

Welcome.  I've been reading along for a couple of years now and couldn't let another April go by without giving it a try.

All that starting at 4:30am  :o

thanks Eric.  Was a good session.  I seem to do way better early than late.  If I tried my workout now it would really suck.

Thanks man.  No this is day 3 of week 3 which is just one set of 4-6 reps....unless I have an old copy of the program??

Squats looked easy Dave, great job!

thanks.  I started the first cycle a bit lighter to give myself a bit of room to hopefully advance without stalling.  So far it's working out with squats and bench.  I'll have to see what happens with deads though in a couple of weeks.
