One thing that jumped out at me is the DB Pullovers, are you really getting any stimulation from a 45? I like doing those heavy and concentrating on the stretch and muscle contraction. I use a 90.

Well I just started doing them for the first time about a month ago.  If you go to the 3:20 mark of the video below, I do them just like the guy is doing  them in the vid:

OK, I don't see any value in bringing the DB past straight overhead, that's all delts, not chest. Stick with them, they were a favorite of Arnold's and my favorite chest finisher.

I don't really go much past straight overhead.  Maybe I do need to up the weight though.  It just still kind of feels awkward doing them, so didn't want to push it starting out.  It is quite a bit of strain to put on your shoulders when they are fully extended and I didn't want to pull/tear something.

Weighted dips perhaps? Depending on being upright or leaning forward will hit either pecs or tris.
Floor presses with the db's. Strap some 5's or 10's on those 60's with duck tape. Or get an oly dumbbell and use your oly plates.

I currently do dips on my triceps day.  Just body-weight ones though.

What is a floor press?

They can be done with either a BB or a DB.

Halfway has some vids around here (somewhere) showing the DB floor press.

Take your time on the DB pullovers, just checked my old journal and in 2009 I was using a 75, so it took 5 years to go from that to a 90 lol

Thanks brah.  Might have to give those a shot, but I doubt there's a place on the floor in my home gym clean enough that I would lay down on it.  :D

Yeah, it also is a more difficult lift for me since I have that one arm that no longer has full ROM.

What is a floor press?

Literally lie on the floor and do bench press.  It stops your elbows and upper arms from going past parallel.

Most people use a power rack or Smith Machine to do them.

IMHO you should do fewer exercises and more volume on each.  I would do no more than 3 exercises.

Flat Bench, Pec Flye, Pullovers

If you want to add in more chest then I would add in one chest exercise in another day (like back) and do one back exercise on chest day.

I'm overhere thinking to myself.. holy cow the amount of exercises...

Bench Press
Inclined
Cables

boom done!
