Not quite keto
« on: August 23, 2015, 04:54:07 AM »
It's been a while.

I've finally found something that works for my fitness goals. Before I can get strong, I need to lose some fat. Soooooooo...

I dropped 17lbs in 4 weeks.

Welcome back.

Yup, found that just watching my macros and trying to achieve balance usually means that I'm almost keto by default,  since pleasurable protein sources usually have enough fat already in them and any sauce or condiment is loaded with sugar or starch to where there's not much room for anything else besides some green vegetables.

Thanls for the greetings. It took me a while to figure out how to get rid of the pounds.
