No, I mix it up a bit.
Touch and go on sets from BB-135. Pause on sets from 155-215. Throw in a couple T&G at heavier weight.

I don't always pause, but I do always touch or it doesn't count in my journal.

I do a pretty long pause up to 185 x 5 reps.  After rep 5 it's touch-and-go.  A tiny pause up to 205 (probably not noticeable to anyone but I feel it in my head!).  Over 205, touch-and-go.  I have done a tiny pause at higher weights on single reps.

BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

Light warm ups are TNG, after that I pause every rep in every set.

I'm a glutton for punishment  ;D

Warm-up sets, rarely.

Working sets, always.

Train like you compete, and you won't have any issue when you compete.

That looks like a good technique; I think I'll try that.

Always, but mostly so that it becomes natural since I have to pause in a meet.  My paused bench isn't much if any lower than TnG.  When I tried TnGs recently, it felt awkward and form felt off because I couldn't maintain tightness.  If not for competing, I'd just mix it up a bit like other said.  I mix it up by varying how long the pause is anywhere from a 1/2 count to 3 count.  I tried 5 count, but found it's hard to hold breath that long as the reps go on.

I have been for awhile now , even my warm ups. As above said just to try and make it a habit.

Honestly, once you get used to it , it feels more natural than a tng

Depends how I'm training,  for speed work, no.   For pause work,  yes.   As long as your not bouncing the bar off your chest and controlling it you're on the right path.
