Glad you guys like it.   Somethings been off with my DL lately, I'm just not making the connection. This was something new I hadn't  seen.  Like he said we do  most of it unconsciously, but there may be one little step in there that will help me with the pull.

It's amazing! Watching these videos have help improve my lifts so much. It's also taught me how little I know...17 years worth of bro nonsense.

The past 6 months has been unlearning everything I basically knew and relearning.....

 Thanks for another fantastic video

Can't argue with a 4x body weight squat.

Not sure.  He's a smart fucking dude and a hell of a powerlifter though.  I also watched his interview on st.tv tobight and it is amazing he was able to make anything of himself considering his background.

he lifts in the SPF, equipped and raw records AFAIK

hes  crazy strong raw, ridiculously

I've 'known' chris for years as a mod on another training board I'm mod on, hes come a long way but he was always incredibly strong, just amazing genetic gifts for lifting

ok, finally had a chance to watch the entire Vid that Ron posted.  That's an even better video than the one I posted.  The same type of technique, just a lot more detailed.  I'll be watching this before squats next Monday to refresh my mind.  I may also do some of those warmups - cat/camel back, and those half push up things, along with the hip airplane thing.

I liked the idea on using long pliers to pull the wrap through.  I just ordered a pair off amazon. My last wrap is the hardest to get through since I don't leave any left over.

Decent vid from Brandon Campbell on DL.  Of all the video's this guy actually knows how to articulate and get to the point.

Deadlift Tips - What Works for Me

It seems the more vid's I watch lately the more I hear to get my hips HIGHER.  One video said your hips should basically be in a bowing position rather than dropping them down to an ATG squat beginning position.
