Felt good this morning and everything was going well...to a point.  Was super happy to get a triple at 5 plates but jumped to 525 and it felt welded to the floor.  Finally got it on my 3rd attempt.  Out of time and out of gas so that was it for the morning.

strong pulldowns as always.  BTN press hurt  my shoulders thinking about them.  I should probably do some for loaded mobility to help my lack of mobility.

Never ceases to amaze me how fast they get heavy.  8 reps with 135 and then 3 reps with 155.

Great shoulder builders, IMHO.

Lower back was not happy this morning.  Snuck up on a 545 pull though.  Skipped my set at 475 to save some energy but I think it backfired because 495 felt heavy as fuck.
