Some nice work there Flex. 225 pressdowns  :o. I'd never be able to do that. I just don't weigh that much. I'd need to strap a couple 45's to my feet to hold me down.

No idea but bench was even worse today and apparently my weight keeps dropping.  262 this morning.  :S

 Strange about the weight loss....maybe you need to change the batteries in your scale?

I'm nowhere near the level of any of you around here but my training has sucked since the meet.  Feel like every time I lift anything it's ridiculously heavy and I keep thinking I'm injuring myself too.  I am trying to lose a bit of weight but it's messed up that even the warmups feel like a giant pain in the ass.   Not sure what the hell is up.   Hopefully something clicks soon for you Jim.
