Good luck cutters. Might start a small one myself. Could be fun.

I worked from home 3 days this week and hit the gym all three days.  Lifting and cardio each day.

And not a single beer.  Congrats baby.

For me dropping the week day beers was not horrible. I usually drank the most during the weekend.
The hard part of it was mixing in more lite beers. That and not eating at nite after being drunk, lol

May have to pick up some rum and diet cokes though to keep progressing

Thought about gin and soda myself but I'm not ready for that yet.

I'll use vodka and diet 7-up sometimes. Kinda on the sweet side, but gets the job done.

I think eating some good protons is better in the long run, provided you lifted heavy that day

I usually don't binge when I drink beer.  It's like an appetite suppressant for me.  When my wife drinks wine she ends up cleaning out the kids poptart stash.  She ate half of my snickers that I bought for my meet too.   >:(

Too funny.  When I drink it kills my appetite too.

When I was not training it was not uncommon for me to eat lunch on Friday and then not eat again until lunch on Monday.

In  :(

Haven't actually started yet, but it needs to happen.  I'm right at the top of the weight range I'm comfortable being in, and with just these last few pounds added I'm now too heavy to do pull-ups anymore.  Not happy about that part either!!!

I just need to figure out what my goal is.  I have no fricking idea and with all the stress in my life right now, I'm really unmotivated to get started.  So this should go really well then  ::)

Welcome!

As far as goals maybe just pick something easy. Like eating a little less for each meal for one week?

just went through a very stressful time. If you don't stick to your guns with your lifting discipline, it compounds the stress. If you stick to your goals, it reduces it. I took the wrong approach last time.

Spot on bando my man

Fighting throught that as well. Missed a lift or two last couple weeks and it made me worse. In the gym stress can fade away , at least for a little while
