Thanks man.  They are brutal and they don't seem to be getting any easier.

Giant Set - 90sec rest, 3 rounds
   SSB Squat - 200 x 8
   GHR (pushup assist) - x8
   Ab wheel - x10
Giant Set - 90sec rest, 3 rounds
   Sumo Deadlift - 245 x 8
   SSB GM from Pins - 150 x 8
   Fallouts - x10

I was going to do another giant set with HB squat, SLDL, and RC situps, but my hammy's are toasted now.  I stopped after what's above.

They are nice in that I can get a lot of work done in a short amount of time, but suck in that I have to keep the weight down to get through them all.


Bench w/ 1 set of chains, set every 45 seconds
   165 x 3 x 10 sets
SuperSet, 1 minute rest, 4 sets
   BOR 165 x 8
   CGBP - 135 + 2 sets of chains x 8
Giant Set - 90sec rest, 3 rounds
   Pullups (assisted w/ green band)
   OHP 95/105/115 x 8
   Ab wheel - x10

Paused squats of any variation is PR worthy, IMO. I got to stop coming in here; I'm getting close to be guilt-ed into ab work.

He is and it is becoming more and more necessary.  It's getting pretty crowded there especially when they start doing yoke walks or keg carries.  At least nice days like today they do a lot of their stuff outside.  Most of them were doing a mock meet for their July comp so car deadlifts and keg carries were done outside in the sunshine.

Say, how'd the mild wheeling go the other day? I miss wheeling and around here it's a long drive to get to places where it's allowed.

The wheeling was kind of lame but I'm used to more rock crawling too though.  I never even put it in 4wd and only ventured into the woods to help dispose of buckets of chicken feathers and guts since they slaughtered a bunch of chickens at the farm as I was getting there.  Of course one of the buckets would have a cracked bottom so my Jeep wreaked for the rest of the day too.  Good thing it's de-carpeted and bedlined.  We drank a whole lot more than we wheeled.

There are so many things I miss about living in Idaho and one of the top ones is the wheeling. Rocks, old trails, mudding too. So much open accessible areas.
