Today was a catch up day.  Saturday I didn't go to NEVERsate because I was stuck at home waiting for the HVAC guy to show up to fix our AC that they just installed brand new about a month ago.  They finally showed up at 5 >:(   I never trained yesterday part because I got so side tracked doing yard work I ran out of energy and time, but mostly because I had too much campfire beer Saturday night.   Then, to top all that off, I slept like crap last night.  So bad I just called into work and stayed in bed.  Once I caught up on sleep, I hit the basement.

SSB Squats (paused) - 240 x 5 x 5 sets.
4" block Sumo Deadlift
   315 x 5
   315 x 5
   315 x 5
   335 x 5
   355 x 5
   365 x 5
Paused Bench Press
   205 x 5
   215 x 5
   225 x 5
   235 x 5
   225 x 5
Giant Set - 90sec rest, 4 rounds
   Floor Press - 185 x 5
   NG Pullups - x5
   GHR (pushup assist) - x5
   Ab Rollouts - x10

First time I trained all three in the same day in a while.  It still sucks.

Off tomorrow then bench Wednesday.

FBW aren't missed at all.  I'm back on schedule now thank goodness.

DE Illegal-wide Bench w/ 1 pair of chain
   165 x 3 x 5 sets
Notes:  Man the bar was moving fast compared to last week.  Like a lot faster.  When I was done and unloaded for the next movement I realized I never put the 2nd set of chains on.  Oh well, bar speed was achieved which was the goal and probably better off without the 2nd set of chains.

Giant Set w/ 90 sec rest, 3 rounds
   NG Pullups - x5
   CGBP w/ 1 set of chains - 135 x 10
   Blast Strap Fallouts - x10
   GHR (pushup assisted) - x5

I don't remember his squat number or name to match it up.  He usually registered as Military since he was in the marines, but he is out now.  If I were to guess, I think he may be Guytano Vignoli who squatted 500 w/ wraps.  The top squat for the morning session was from the little dude in the back row in the 165lb class and a 555lb squat.  A bench only 165lber benched 385 but he left before the pictures were taken.

   CGBP - 135, 145, 155 x 8
   Pullups with rings - x5

I was hoping 155 or more would have been easier, but didn't think of the work I did before I hit those sets until you said that.
