Bummer about the mental game Alex, must be tough when the phone is blowing up as well. Good thing about training in my dungeon I guess but it's tough to get motivated by myself sometimes.

Could always make a trip to Herc and train Monday. Open all day  :P
5 hours drive, plus my office is open on Monday. :(  Have to work.
But yes, it's time for a road trip to train at a different gym for a day.

Not Herc, but I'm excited to go up there in October.
