Oh man that sucks! Hope he heals up fast!

To think I used to do all kinds of stupid stuff at that age (like riding ATV's and dirt bikes) but didn't break any bones with the wrecks I had. Lots of gravel getting picked out of my skin and lots of stitches but no breaks.

Oh crap, poor kid. Reminds me of when my best friend broke both arms within a week when we were in 4th grade.

Hey, his last couple of videos were great!  He has a good personality for videos, the workouts look excellent for kids, and the video editing is very nice.

Thanks guys... He was a bit upset of course. He is missing his last 5 Soccer games and the Fully Sponsored Baseball team he just signed on will suffer.

Lower body work for a while.

Going to try in 3-4 weeks on Baseball. He is a Catcher. So you can practice Catching, just can't throw it back.
