My seated shoulder press is something I used to work a lot and hard.  I thought it would help my shoulders - but it did not

I really can not deadlift - two blown discs - i try to do it but it is a nightmare for me.  luckily it does not bother my squats much as long as i am careful

Time for a McRib!

I thought about it :)

I actually had mcdonalds today, southwest chicken salad and a 6 pc. (no sauce)  the carbs were perfect with the plan they set up for me - the rest not so much

With my meds and my 'better' diet I have to make sure I eat every 4-6 hours tops or my sugar really bottoms out.  I dropped to 62 the other day and that is dangerous low.  I really have to be more careful with my timing and testing at stay at 70 or more.  can't wait to get my a1c and see how much better it is now.

not a lot of work going on in here??

finally coming off that second shoulder injury.

Been rowing with a concept 2 quite a bit as 'they' claim it is the best thing for shoulders.

looking for tips, good tracking apps etc for use with the rower if anyone has any.

My go to warmup before any lifting is rowing with a Concept 2. Never had shoulder issues so "they" may be on to something.

Good to hear you hitting it.   My sister is big into rowing.  I think she just passed 6,000,000 meters.

Long story short there is a good community of people on the concept II site with all kinds of neat 'goals'.    After I recovered from my neck injury I do not use it much.   My wife still uses it a lot though.  (her primary form of workout + some BW stuff).

You can do a lot with it.  Go on their forum and see if you can find some things to participate in and fun challenges.

Keep posting now and again so we know you are alive ;)

You had a really nice home gym setup.

If you're not going to use it I think you should donate it a good cause.  Or me.
