Faster workout than yesterday. Pendlays, after not doing them for so long, really took it out of me.

Bench and shoulders tomorrow, maybe some more tri work, and definitely calf presses.

SS 2 quick sets of leg press/RDL (did leg press, immediately RDL and back to leg press and RDL. Bet it was only 45 secs between end of leg press then the next and last set). Quads were burning.

No lifting yesterday as I was not feeling good to point of skipping work during the morning on only coming in around 12:30. Still didn't feel that great all day but am feeling much better today.

Whew, I am wiped out from the weekend. Yard work on Sat morning, run errands/grocery shopping, then more yard work once it cooled down on Sat. More yard work Sun morning then baseball game (I'm sunburned), played pool with the family for Father's day and ate wings  8) , then more yard work Sun evening.
We are getting ready to paint the deck, move a bunch of tiger lily's, and replace a retaining wall. Plus I've got some repair work to do on the deck.

Felt pretty good today and moved at a good pace.
Tried the DB single arm rows with a J motion that I saw on a couple of vids. Bit different than pulling straight up and with the motion plus lighter weight really felt it in my lats.

Chest, shoulders and tri's tomorrow.

Decent time in the gym today. Bench felt good  :)
Rest times for the tri's were like 30 seconds each. Sometimes only as long as it took to switch out the attachments. Tri's pumped  8)
