Great bench session, definitely a quick and dirty squat session, but at least you got some work in.

Props for getting something done with the time available.  At minimum I'm sure it delayed any de-training.

Limited work that's for sure  ::)

Walking over to the work gym and I got a call "we're meeting in 30 mins and need you here". Fark!

That's 1/2 of the reason I started building my own gym.  Back then, I worked from home and got sick of unscheduled video/phone conferences that would popup while I was driving to or at the commercial gym.

It doesn't normally happen though. Most people that schedule meetings know I'm at the gym and lunch time is fairly sacred at work. Just that a client called and the project manager was under the gun. The client needed reassurance that the equipment was back up and running and no, it didn't impact the project.

Solid benching and squats Eric. Some squats are better than no squats!

hmmm...I should start adding some work in between my DL sets, lord knows I sit around on my ass for a few minutes, might as well hit some arm work.

Good Pull day!

Thanks!

Yeah, I figured I'd hit tri's since it's 2 days until I bench and Monday's shoulder workout didn't have a ton of tri work in it. Beats just walking back and forth.
I'll do the same with calves when I hit back tomorrow.

Great looking session Eric, strong pulls and accessory work between. Hate running out of time but you still got some skwaats under the belt!

nice deads, you got an extra 3 singles after that max set. Tri's getting work hitting them again just a day after an upper day.  I see good bench numbers in your future

Yeah, I think volume is the key for me. Or at least it seems I progress a bit better with more volume.

Lol, very few.
Hopefully a few more weeks and I'll be back at my faster pace..

Man, I hope my bench comes back!
