Good news Shawn. Glad the squats were pain free. Guess that means you can press on at full power again.
Thanks dood, it was a good day, been so faaking busy with this kitchen I didnít know what to expect. Not to mention beat right up. Hopefully I can continue on with all my schedules program weights!

Notes: spent the morning mudding, break at noon to train. Havenít benched in 7 days and felt it today. Got my reps but things felt heavy.
I felt a pull in my upper hammy on my warmup for deads so wrapped it up for work sets to be cautious. Feels fine now but last thing I need is another injury lol. My legs are pretty sore from squats so think it was just a minor strain. Deads felt light anyway.

Ok back to mudding, I will do my best to multi and catch up with everyone tonight. I started this morning but the kitchen beckoned lol.

Nice work as usual Shawn. The king of the fatigued workout.  8) Bench is looking strong. Hope the tweak in the hammie wasn't anything serious. Sounds like it's ok though.

I find it hard to lift some days after sitting on my ass all day.  Doing physical labor and still stepping up is dedication.  Hope this TSA round goes less eventful in the injury category for you.

Dun:

Notes: late one tonight, spent all day laying flooring in the kitchen, didnít quite get it done. Felt sore allover going in, squats started to feel good after 225.
First set of 300 felt heavy on my back, guess itís been weeks since I have had a heavier squat day.
My last set turned out to be the best, I finally widened out my stance on set 4 and things really started to click. No injury pain, so think I am finally healed completely and ready to push on!
Bench was a grind, spent yesterday and the day before mudding, sanding, priming and painting my ceiling. Shoulders are wrecked, but made it through.
Really sorry I am not very active in the journals, still hitting the kitchen hard from early morning until night. Hoping to be done it all by next weekend.

You're a sick man Shawn. Squats never feel good.  ::)  Awesome that squats were pain free. They looked to be moving pretty good. Nice work on the paused pull ups too.
