Congrats on getting the Family in the squat rack Tmonkey!!

Great work in here guys.

Flat BB 315x6 today.  Did less reps at 275 so I could get more at 315.

Do you hook your camera up to a monitor while you do that so you can watch yourself?

Ha!  No.   It is just my cellphone.   I have an old car mount with a suction cup for my phone.   I just stick it to one of the mirrors on my gym  wall and roll ;)

Yes, I'm looking in the mirror!

Did you notice the erection I get when looking at myself?  ;)

You guys are funny.....

First 'pump' type workout I have done in months.   Felt pretty good.   I am going be eating big for another month, and then start a cut again.

Yes.....nuts....but it is really helping me bring everything together.

No, not a month.  It will be about 2.5 months.   Then I will be dropping back down.   I have my yearly physical coming up.   I dont want to walk in to my yearly in a bulked state.  (My gp is my TRT Dr as well and I dont want walk in there like that and have him think that is my 'normal' state).

When I am eating like I am, my BP goes up a little as well.   On a cut, I will be 105/70.   On surplus, I will hit 130/80.   Not bad, but not great either.  Probably due to all the high sodium I eat as well.

I am wondering how much longer I will keep up these drastic changes in eating, but the benefits are just too great to give up atm. (especially from a strength perspective).
