First heavy squat day.  Went up to a 500 single and everything felt good.   Ready to make some progress now.

Here is a screen cap.   Yes not as deep as you go,  but I have to squat very close stance with my hip.    My heels are about 8" apart.   Makes getting deep 'in the hole' kinda tough.  All I am worried is proper depth in the long run....

Barbell Bench Press

 135 x 15
 185 x 12
 225 x 10
 255 x 6
 275 x 4

 295 x 2
 295 x 2
 295 x 2

 275 x 4
 275 x 4
 275 x 3

 245 x 6
 225 x 10
According to my dodgy maths that's over 17,000lbs. For a man who doesn't really bench.

WTF you gonna do when you get back in the swing of it? Yikes!

FTR yesterday was:

Squat
10 x BW
5 x 20kgs
5 x 40kgs
4 x 60kgs
2 x 80kgs

5 x 102.5kgs (230lbs) Retake
5 x 102.5kgs
5 x 102.5kgs
5 x 102.5kgs
5 x 102.5kgs
Calculated 1RM=115kgs (255lbs)

OHP
3 x 20kgs
5 x 42.5kgs (95lbs) *
5 x 42.5kgs
5 x 42.5kgs
5 x 42.5kgs
5 x 42.5kgs
Calculated 1RM=48kgs (106lbs)

Deadlift
5 x 60kgs
3 x 80kgs
1 x 100kgs

4 x 115kgs (255lbs) *
Calculated 1RM=125kgs (275lbs)

It would be ten sets of pullups if I count the four warmup sets. Perhaps all that hanging from a bar will help me get taller ;)

Last set of deads tonight pulled a 585 single.   Back is now 100%     VERY VERY happy!

Ready to slowly ramp up.
