Thanks! Diet is working. Leaner, and Heavier. We'll see what November 1st looks like, then decide if I'm going 275 or 242 for the Meet.

Last night was Bench Night.  Different Gym, that was close to home, so it was a quick night. worked up to 275x6x3 on Bench. Then threw on the Maddog, and went 315x6 and 365x3

Really pushing hard with the Overloads, as my shoulders have been getting stronger.  Today is 23 weeks out from November 14th (reasonable guess for the Meet Date).  Which means I can ride the bike for 8 weeks, vacation for 5 weeks, and then ride the bike into the Meet.

Long ass day yesterday, and I couldn't finish the Leg workout.

Worked up to 405x4, wrapped.
then a Single at 405, raw (no belt, no wraps).

Leg extensions.
210x10
250x8
300x6
300x6

Called it a night, as I was looking forward to bedroom cardio.

Shoulders today.
So, after sets of 135 OHP, and a number of Side Laterals, I took the 80lb DBells for a Ride.

Worked up to them.
35x8
50x8
60x6
70x6
80x3

Got a few dirty looks from two women regarding the shirt.
Then Sabrina walked in, and they changed their mind.  Apparently, Sabrina justifies my Shirt. :)

Last night was Deads. It was a tough night, and I was tired.

225x10
315x6
405x4
465x3
495x1
495x1

Both moved very fast, and smooth.  Called it a night, as my left bicep was in pain.  Right at the joint, so not wanting to aggravate it, done.

Tonight, no training, as I was home with Dorian for the morning, and now I'm at work till late, making up hours.

Tomorrow, Bench night.

Bench Night.
Feeling much more confident and on the right path.
Worked Bench up to 2 sets, 275x5.  This is a milestone for me, as it's the realization that my Bench is finally going somewhere. I'm repping 275 for sets.

Hit SHoulders for higher reps.
50lb Dbell's for 3sets, 8 reps each
40's for 4 sets of side laterals.

Ran out of time, due to too much talking.
