I've been a switch hitter all my life, you didn't know?  Serious.

And no, Shawnna is a new Client.  The Gym was called "NRG Lab", and I was honestly the strongest guy there.

And Yes, Sabrina is indeed, the woman of my Dreams.  I've never met a woman like her, and she's absolutely amazing.

Thanks!
Monday night, moved a couch and love seat. Which means I was not up to full steam last night. I did managed to work Shoulders, and got up to 65lb dbells for 8.
hoping a slow day at the office, and not having to run around after work, means I'll be able to get in a good session tonight at the gym.

I'm not living this down soon.

Last night, was squat night. Tough go at it, but I managed to get up to 455x4

Then maxed out the leg extension for 3 sets of 6 (300lbs)

You guys are funny...

Shoulder Night.
Have to admit, I was tired when I got there.
Dbell OHP: worked to 65x3x6reps
Side laterals: 40x4x6reps
Barbell OHP: 135x4x6
Upright Rows: 135x3x6

Felt bad. I was upright rowing 135x6 in one rack. The guy next to me, was squatting 135x6.

But, he was squatting to depth.

Solid shoulder day Alex! Feelsbadman, was I the first to call you Gene? I kept calling you that at Spring Supremacy and felt an asswipe lol.  Think it was just your involvement with RPS and at the time my brain was fried!! Sorry Alex ::)

No worries. I have a good sense of humor.

Actually, the Gene comes from last weekend. I was sitting at the announcers table with Ame, I have a Mohawk, and I was wearing a Referee Shirt, like Gene does.  A lifter walked up, called me Gene, and started asking a question.  Both Ame and I blank stared him till he realized what he'd said.
