14 sets, biceps SS triceps

9 sets forearms

Tried to go lower weight/high rep/MMC with cranky elbows, great pump.

1st full 5 day heavy good week in a quite awhile, best thing about winter, gym is warm so lets spend lots of time there  8)

Gym closes at 2 so all kinds of evening lifters in there, my favorite was the guy doing long jumps ;D He could jump really far.
