To add to the elbow my back started cramping up really bad at work yesterday. Got home and took a bunch of ibuprofen, lots of liquids, including pickle juice and basically laid on the couch all night.

Back and elbow fine today, but I kept it light anyway.

Rear delts/traps

~7 sets reverse flyes

3 sets reverse pec dec

6 DB shrugs

3 machine shrugs

hoping to do arms tomorrow, chest over the weekend.

3 set tricep rope ext SS 3 sets concentration curls

10 sets of forearms
