Hi y'all,
I'm back, and it's time to cut. 220lbs right now, aiming to hit ~190. Started on Keto today. I'll be keeping a journal here with my lifting and nutrition.

I stayed at 200lbs for a long time, I gained weight in the course of like two months when I was dealing with a lot of stress. It's hard to find healthy choices when the nearest restaurant open is a donut shop lol.

Grades wise, managed a 3.9 GPA last quarter and the one before that. Dean's list, busting my ass. About to go into finals for my third quarter.

Started Keto yesterday, beginning to get hangry. Just need to get through induction. Couldn't lift because I'm studying for finals, gonna try to hit it today.

Goals are getting as lean as possible while keeping lifts and calisthenics respectable. I keep putting off buying new clothes because I want to cut.

Not fitting into any of my dress shirts and having a girlfriend who works out more consistently than me really hit me hard, so I'm pretty dedicated to cutting right now. Down 3 more lbs. Getting back on Stronglifts today, gonna make sure I keep/build strength while cutting. It's 114 degrees out, kills motivation but I'm still pushing through it!

Ran half a mile
Bench: 5x5 @ 105lbs (could have gone heavier, no spotter)
Rows: 5x5 @ 85lbs (finally got the form down)
Squat: 5x5 @ 65lbs (Need to work on mobility, I hate squats the most)

Gonna ramp it up quickly. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

OH Press: 5x5@ 65lbs
DL: 1x5 @ 185lbs

too dead to workout today, very sore and 109 degrees out. will keep pushing tomorrow.
