30% I think, it was supposed to be 120 pounds for the BBB, but I'm too lazy after the final working set to strip the final 45 off the bar. So my laziness results in 50 reps with an extra 15 pounds. Odd how being lazy can be beneficial.

Getting baked while lifting eh??? LOL!

OUr gym repainted the concrete floors several months back and it was so stout in there the first few days after I sware I was getting high of the fumes  :o

Was wondering as I thought the DL BBB looked a little low for the amount you're putting up for DL.
My DL was not as high as yours but I was doing 155 DL BBB.
