Lat Pulldown Machine
« on: August 04, 2021, 08:16:20 AM »
Bought a Powertec Lat Pulldown Machine last week.

Getting delivered today.

w00t!

This will pretty much complete my home gym.  Space is tight but I think it will be OK.  And I will now be able to literally do every exercise I normally do at the gym.

It's like this, but mine has the optional pin selector 190lb weight stack as well, not in the pic.  Can't find one online that's decent.

I already have a selection of pulldown handles (two M.A.G.)

And I bought these to go with it:

Looks nice man.  I like that design.  VERY nice to have.

It's nice to have the selectorized weight stack and also the ability to load up with some plates.

Did some cable curls this morning between sets of deadlifts and I liked it. Very smooth.

Tomorrow I will challenge it with some 200 lb plus pulldowns and seated rows.

It is.  I go through in my mind upgrading some of my stuff....but I am too cheap ;)

I just have the plate load type.   But I cant see getting rid of it.  I have had quite a bit of my stuff since before I was married.  My cable cross, preacher, lat pull down have to be 25 years old.  Guess they have gotten their use!
