Perfect day for Sled Conditioning.  60deg and sunny.

Push sprint
   140lbs:  2 - 50ft sprints, 200ft walk/rest, 10 rounds

The road in front of my house looks flat, but man, the 50ft return to start seemed a whole lot harder.  I even swapped the sled poles thinking the skids were wearing funny.

Morning weight: 184

Bench was feeling good, but numbers didn't show it.  Deadlift is feeling nice.  Even getting more comfortable with the Ohio PB.
