Leg ext (drop set/last set to failure) x 4 sets

Hey nice to see around!  Yeah I had some issues with my back last year but I'm all healed and things are good.  Hubby is doing great and life is finally getting back to normal.

I'm not in my journal as much but I'm still training and running a 5x5 at the moment.  It's not that exciting but I want to play around with strength for a while.  I do more hypertrophy and I want to take a break and do something different. :)
