RIP RIch PIana
« on: August 25, 2017, 08:30:26 AM »
Looks like his ex-wife confirmed he died after being in a medically induced coma since August 10.

Wasn't a huge fan but 46 is too young...

Just saw that too. Guy was cartoon-like big. Didn't really know much
about him.

I admired Rich.
His life wasn't my way and he never apologized for any of it. He had nothing at one point in his life and worked his ass off to earn all he had. I respect that.
I watched his channel often. He was a character but he was also had honor and eventually found a woman who loved him for him, not his money. People are so quick to judge him based off of his size and the things he chose to do to be big.
As for being an asshole or shitting on some people...who hasn't??
I've seen the comments on the internet both when he was alive and now that he's dead and all I can say to that is that imo he gave out far less then he received.
I'll take a juiced and oiled up Rich Piana any day of the week then some of those lying natties and know-nothing bro scientists.

All I know is that I lost a brother this week
I am in fact saddened by his death and literally walked out of the gym today because I couldn't get my shit together for leg day. Shame on me for being human.

One of Rich's catch phrases;
"Whatever it takes"
well, whatever it takes obviously took too much in this case.

Even in death Rich taught me a lesson, to take better care of my health.

I can't nor won't speak for others but I will miss Rich Piana, his videos, and his attitude.

R.I.P my Iron Brother.
May the natty anthem play loud and clear for you in the Halls of Valhalla.
