Purchased a new lat pulldown machine
« on: June 19, 2017, 11:29:05 AM »
Finally decided to pull the trigger on a new lat pulldown machine last week.  My old one that I got for free years ago just wasn't up to my standards anymore, so gave it to my neighbor.

Got this one for $269 on Amazon.  They had a special where you got $50 off if you opened up an Amazon credit card, plus it was free shipping, so only actually paid $209.  Pretty easy to assemble despite coming in a million pieces.  Love that it has THREE different pulleys on it and it is plate loaded.  Used it on Friday for triceps and for back yesterday--and I am feeling the DOM's, brother.  It also even came with a little harness that you can use for weighted sit-ups on the thing.  Very cool.

Very nice.

It actually has a pretty small footprint for a machine that supposedly can handle a decent amount of weight too.  Space is always at a premium in my home gym.

That is a nice piece of equipment, bonus that it doesn't take up a huge amount of room!
