Yeah, the washer/dryer stuff sucked. It's done though.

Good day today. Squats felt good and ab rollouts were easy today.

Stronglifts day 18

warm ups

squats

220 x 5 x 5 last set paused

OHP

110 x 5 x 5

sumo dl's

355 x 1 x 5

pull ups ss w/ ab rollouts

bw x 5 x 8
bw x 4 x 10


I'm using my belt for dl's but haven't belted up for squats yet. It still feels fine. The paused squats are still moving pretty good too so I'm happy with that. Lets see how long this train will run for.

Making progress.  I usually stopped the program half out of boredom and half out of feeling beat up with all the 5x5 volume.

Are you able to do standing ab wheel rollouts?  I tried the other day and nearly knocked the air out of myself I belly flopped so hard.

Not bored yet. Once I get accustomed to the volume it's fine. I tried standing ab rolls once and pretty much the same results as you. I don't even know how to transition to standing. It's such a different movement.

Thanks Shawn. Felt good that day. Not so much today but everything went as planned. Had a headache and no energy to get going today. Felt better as the session went on but I was fatigued at the end today.

Got some video today. Nothing earthshattering  but something to watch.

dips ss w/ hanging leg raises

Thats it. Added another 10 lbs to dips. Not too bad and the shoulders felt ok for the extra weight.

Thanks Andrew. My bench pauses are a 5 count on my last set. It helps me focus on tightness and drive off the bottom. All the other sets are maybe a 2 count.

Awesome work Rich! Vids of course won’t play for me again! Nice to be back to 2pps on squats again and bench is moving along as well!

Thanks Shawn. I have no idea why my vids aren't working for you. I can see yours now just not at work.

note. I was looking up why it may not work for you and the only thing I can see is maybe you are set to restricted mode. Although I don't have any adult content maybe it's picking something up. No idea otherwise.

Reasonable work out today. It was a later day today and with a belly full of chilli. Got all my perscribed reps.

Ab rolls were a little tougher today but not an increadable amount. Starting to get a bit of doms again from the weights. Glad i recover fairly quick. Wonder how far I'll go with this program this time.

Nothing groundbreaking today. Got the reps done but  squats are starting to slow down a bit. Still got my last set paused. I'm hoping I can keep it going till 250. I may start using my belt for squats soon. Bench went fine and all paused.
