TSA
Round 2
Week 1 l Day 2

Deads

4 x 335
4 x 335
4 x 335
4 x 335

Barbell Rows
6 x 185
6 x 185
6 x 185

Barbell Bench

5 x 185
5 x 185
5 x 185
5 x 185
5 x 185

Pretty straight forward session today.  Deads were light and so was bench.  Switched the order of rows and bench since my the bar was already on the platform and my new bar still isn't here.  I asked rogue and they said it was a mistake on their website and it shipped 3 days ago so should be here hopefully by December 12.  Just in time for week 2 I guess.

Sucks the bar isn't there yet.  RF shipping is usually top notch but messed up by our local postal goons.  Weight is still the same and you're getting it done.

I was thinking just today that my OPB knurling didn't feel as sharp as it once did.  I'm fairly certain my tender hands didn't dull it so I assume I'm growing used to it.

Deads definitely looked easy. Sucks about the bar. I hate waiting for stuff to arrive. I'm usually glued to the tracker app till it arrives at my door.

Nice job on the deads Dave...your form looks super smooth.  Good luck waiting on your bar...as Tom Petty said that's the hardest part. :)

TSA
Round 2
Week 1 l Day 3

Squats

7 x 220
7 x 220
7 x 220

These were mentally tough tonight.  Weight was fine, reps were long lol  I have my end of cycle goals on the chalk board and I kept staring at 335 and telling myself if I want that then I need to do this first.  Got through them.  No vids.  Nothing really to see except for a fat guy huffing and puffing.  Depth was good.

OHP

8 x 95
8 x 95

RPE is 7 for these so left it light.

DB Rows
10 x 70s
10 x 70s
10 x 70s

Back Ext
4 sets

I tried these the way Dru posted on bb.com.  Found it awkward and might need some work.  Just did these normally.

Nice job on those 7's Dave. :)  Way to keep plugging away towards that 335 goal man.  That's the way to do it...set a goal and hit all the steps along the way.
