Big gains a comin' there Dave. The belt may feel like crap on deads right now but you'll get used to it. Just like hook grip. It really does make a difference.

Pretty easy feeling weights today.  Did a 275 single while warming up for the first time since the meet.  Pretty easy.  Did some walkouts etc as well.  Depth seems good to me on squats today.

Tired, bloated and feeling like shit all around tonight but got in and got it done.  365 felt like what I imagine 565 to feel like.  However I opened with 365 last April and did 8 reps with it today 6 months out of the next meet so I'll take that bit of good news and run :)

Haven't tried a rep pr with 135 for ages on ohp.  Probably could've ground out another rep or 2 there if I wanted.

Good workout with the weights feeling really light.  235 was not hard today at all.  I'll be in good shape by the time next cycle rolls around to really make some good progress on squats!

Wasn't controlling the first set very well on the descent so dropped the 10's off the bar.

5 sets of 5 with 135.

Lowered the weights a bit for these.  Dealing with some pain in my forearm/elbow area so made these relatively light and painless.

Weights feeling easy still.  Week 7 starts tomorrow or Tuesday.

That's a pile of benching Dave. Vid looked good to me.  I'm getting a bit of a pulling sensation in my forearms when doing bb rows too. Not sure why. Oh well nothing is catastrophically wrong so soldier on.

The forearm problem could be tennis elbow.  I had that once (not from tennis), and worked through it by reversing my grip on rows and doing nuetral grip pullups.  Nothing else worked.

I think once I'm done this cut, I might try this TSA stuff.  Looks pretty cool.
