Pendlays 5x5, replaced with cable rows:

8 sets of 5 up to 210lbs plate load

Dun:

Well did what I could, leg is still sore and bruised so no deads or Pendlays.
Bench went much better than I thought it would. My shoulders were wrecked going in after 5 hours of mudding my kitchen ceiling today. I am mudding over a textured ceiling....1 1/2 buckets of mud for 1st coat

I agree with the decision to rest the leg. Nice work on the bench though especially with all the mudding. I don't mind mudding but I hate sanding. Hope you heal fast.

I'm with reduni.  I despise sanding.  Especially if my wife patches a section because this deems it important to cake an extra 1/4" on.   >:(

-2 voodoo floss bands over injury and 20 BW squats

Dun:

Notes: late one after work. Drew did squats while I did rehab. Was jelli watching him kill his squats lol.
Bench went ok, not good but not bad.
Upper body was pumped like crazy by the end.

Injury is still sore but the BW squats and goblets felt ok. Baby steps I guess

Thanks Andrew, bench is going pretty good. Leg is improving but not fast enough of course dammit

Thanks Rich, mudding is ok, just hate doing ceilings. This project is going to require a shitload of sanding unfortunately!

Haha ya sanding just sucks. I am mudding over a swirl pattern textured ceiling so just the first coat was a bucket and a half. Second coat tomorrow so hope things shape up a bit
