So, I'll be back to just Sabrina and I.

Shoulder feels really banged up this morning.

Sounds like the strength trainers version of empty nest.
Women different than men I guess.  Some of my best body compositions have been while I was single
It's not a Bad thing, just her and I training.  In fact, it's really good for both of us.

Shoulder feels good this morning.  It's always a great moment when someone walks up and asks if I'm deadlifting 275 that I had loaded.  I say "Rows" then bang out 8 reps.  The dumbfounded look is always priceless.

Rowed 275x8x4 sets.
Seated Hammer strength rows, 3plates and a Quarter for 3x7.

Pull downs and cable rows.

Saturday is Squatter day.

Starting to think that my original Goal is far out of reach.

You fucking need a slap for this shit :slap:

You've pulled a 620 dead, right?
You benched 350 in April right?

Get your dead back to where it was, get your squat up to match your dead and add 15 lbs to your bench and you're there.

NO FUCKING RESAON WHATSOEVER YOU CAN'T DO THAT.

You're welcome.

Nice.  Been about 25 years since I've pressed 315 for reps.

465lb Belt only squat.  11 days out.  Moved smooth and fast, but a touch high.  With Wraps, I'll be mid-500's.

Bench Night.
worked up to a pair of singles at 335.

Camera didn't record the first one.

Looks like Bench Opener will be 320.  Second at 345ish.  Gives me a third at 355-365lbs.

Looking ready.  Can't wait to see what you do at this one.  What weight class are you going in?  I remember sometime last year you where torn between getting pretty, or getting strong.

I weighed in this morning, after breakfast, at 250.2lbs.  I'm on the fence, as it's an easy cut to the 242's, but I'd also like to just walk in, eat and Lift.

I'll decide on Sunday, when see how my weight looks then.

That looks like what I'll do.  I'm not even going to bother with a weight class, just come in strong and happy.

Tested my Deads out today.
545 for 2 singles.

Weight was 250.8 this morning, after a light breakfast.  If I wanted, I could likely make the 9lb cut to get to the 242's, but with everything happening this weekend, I'm just going walk in fat and happy and lift heavy.

Plus, I plan to pick up some of these on the way there, and eat them while I stand in the weigh-in line.

Openers submitted.  520/320/570
Seconds are planned at 540/345/600
If those go well, I'll take a crack at 560/360/620  for a 1540 total....
