Good looking workout Bando.  It looks like some good total volume at a good weight on the bench.  Good variety too with those exercises.

Kind of an odd one today.

OHP, 9 sets between 3 and AMRAP

Lat pulls

4 sets x 10 reps

Abs 4 sets (oops, missed these)

DB Curls (I did cable curls) 3 sets

evening:

40 minutes interval cardio

Supposed to dead & squat tomorrow, but if the snowstorm hits I'll push that to Thursday
