Squat PB

From today's workout:

265lbs for 6




Front squats, 154lbs for 8




I also did 165lbs for 6, but the battery died on my phone, and all I got was this  >:(

Your form on the front squats was better than the back squats.  Good job.

Looks like you could tighten up your belt a bit when doing the back squats.

Thanks guys.

My ROM isn't as good on the back squats because of my past back problems. But saying that, no excuses, I'll keep working on them and they will get better.


Edit: Maybe I should have posted this in the PB vid section  ::) feel free to move it  :)
